Why I Built This
I was the leader nobody knew was struggling.
I burned out serving in ministry and never told anyone. I showed up every week. I answered the group texts. I did the job. And I almost walked away before anyone had any idea something was wrong.
I've also watched pastors I love try to carry everyone at once — every leader, every conversation, every burden — and wish they'd known sooner how someone was really doing.
That isn't a caring problem. Pastors care deeply. It's a visibility problem — and it's one nobody should have to carry alone.
